Supportive, High-Earning Potential Offering Great Flexibility –Available from Fall 2026
Job Details: Our client in Calgary, Alberta, is looking for a full-time and/or part-time Family Physician to join their family practice. This clinic network has developed a true medical home model comprising two components: in-clinic primary and specialty clinics, and a virtual collaborative health program.
The innovative model used by this network prioritizes the well-being of both patients and physicians. They believe that healthier practitioners create healthier patients, better outcomes, and improve entire communities through the outward ripple effect of good care.
Working for this network, you can expect:
• High levels of administrative support so you can focus on patients
• Support from a collaborative team of practitioners, including a panel of over 50 specialists.
• Encouragement and resources to grow your expertise in specialized focus areas.
This network aims to utilize its physicians' time and expertise as effectively as possible by reducing administrative burden and providing support through a team-based approach. Physicians maintain a work/life balance and can focus on what they were trained to do: simply care for their patients.
Hours of work are weekday, evening or weekends shifts for in-clinic practice, and virtual collaborative work can be done remotely whenever the physician chooses. In-clinic physicians are coupled with talented team members who support the administrative elements of their practice.
The clinic uses Accuro EMR, and offers billing support. Payment structure is fee-for-service. The split arrangement is negotiable, and the range of potential full-time annual earnings is $400,000-$600,000.
Incentives Available to the Physician: Relocation/signing bonuses provided.
Clinic Details: The clinic is open during business hours Monday-Saturday and, upon request, is happy to open on weekday evenings. This large clinic has 15 examination rooms and a mental health consultation room. There are currently 8 physicians practicing at the clinic, including a pediatric psychiatrist, and visiting podiatrist.
