Family Physician Opportunity on Vancouver’s North Shore, Established Patient Panel,75/25 Split

Job Details: Our client in North Vancouver, British Columbia is looking for a full-time and/or part-time Family Physician to join their established Family Practice/Walk-in clinic.  

The incoming physician will have the opportunity to build a patient panel and grow their practice through strong demand from unattached patients, walk-in visits, community referrals and existing clinic patients who are looking for a new family doctor. Skills in Pap smears, biopsies, and laceration management are preferred but not mandatory. 

Full-time hours are typically Monday to Friday, 32–40 hours per week, with optional additional weekend shifts. Part-time opportunities and flexible walk-in shifts are also available.  

The clinic uses OSCAR EMR, offers billing support as well as the Longitudinal Family Physician (LFP) payment model, Split arrangement is 75/25 split, and potential gross annual earnings of $300,000–$500,000+ . 

Clinic Details: This physician-owned clinic offers fully equipped examination rooms, a treatment/procedure room, shared physician office space, experienced MOAs and a dedicated office manager. The facility has in-house locum coverage available to support vacation time. The clinic has served the community for more than 25 years and is open 8am to 5pm Monday to Saturday,  

A pharmacy and physiotherapy services are located in the same building. Free on-site parking is available, with public transit directly outside. Additional incentives may be discussed with the right candidate, and a future opportunity to buy into the clinic may become available. The clinic is steps from cafés, restaurants, shopping and everyday conveniences. Requirements:
• Eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC)
• Postgraduate training from Australia, Canada, Ireland, UK, or USA
