Job Details: Our client, one of Canada's most established and rapidly growing physician-led clinic networks, is seeking a full-time and/or part-time Otolaryngologist (ENT Specialist) to join their multidisciplinary clinic network in Winnipeg, Manitoba. This is an exceptional opportunity to build a thriving ENT practice with immediate access to a large and growing patient population. Demand for Otolaryngology services continues to exceed capacity across Manitoba, creating significant opportunities for specialists seeking a busy referral-based practice with strong long-term growth potential.

The incoming ENT Specialist will work alongside Family Physicians and Specialists across multiple disciplines, providing comprehensive medical and surgical care for conditions affecting the ears, nose, throat, head, and neck. The clinic's collaborative model allows for efficient referrals, coordinated patient care, and streamlined access to diagnostic and procedural services.

Common conditions seen within the practice may include hearing loss, ear infections, tinnitus, vertigo and balance disorders, chronic sinusitis, nasal congestion, allergies, nosebleeds, tonsillitis, swallowing disorders, acid reflux (LPR), vocal cord disorders, thyroid conditions, salivary gland disorders, and head and neck cancers.

The organization has extensive experience supporting International Medical Graduates, particularly specialists from the United Kingdom and other comparable healthcare systems. Dedicated teams provide assistance with licensing, relocation, onboarding, practice transition, and integration into Canadian healthcare and culture.

Flexible scheduling options allow physicians to create a practice that aligns with both their professional and personal goals. Physicians benefit from dedicated administrative support, established referral pathways, and modern clinic infrastructure. Compensation is based on a competitive fee-for-service model with attractive split arrangements. Potential full-time annual earnings range from $400,000 to $950,000+ depending on practice volume and scope of practice.
