They will work closely with you to ensure there is a smooth transition of practice. The incoming physician will provide full scope of family practice. The clinic also provides virtual and telehealth options which can be accessed at home. In-clinic cross coverage is available for short vacation time, on call arrangement to be discussed. The clinic is open 6 days a week, hours of work are flexible with the physician working alongside the clinic team on a suitable schedule.  The clinic uses Accuro EMR, and offers billing support. Payment structure is fee-for-service, split arrangement is 70/30 negotiable to reflect the value and expertise of the physician. The range of potential full-time annual earnings is $400,000-$800,000.
