$550K Earning Potential, Family Physicians required for First Nations Clinic, Available October 2026!
Job Details: Our client in Enoch, Alberta is looking for a full-time and/or part-time Family Physician to join their Family Practice/Walk-in clinic. The clinic is to open mid-October 2026. The ideal candidate must be patient and attentive to the needs of the First Nations Community.
The clinic uses an EMR and offers billing support. Payment structure is fee-for-service, split arrangement is from 78/22 to 75/25 and the range of potential full-time annual earnings is $450,000-$550,000.
Incentives Available to the Physician: The clinic offers relocation assistance and work permit support. The incoming physician will have a choice between reduced overheads for the first 2 months, or a salary will be provided to the physician as they build up the practice.
Clinic Details: The clinic is housed within a building that includes an onsite pharmacy, physiotherapy, and imaging facility, all located on the main floor. The clinic also features exam rooms large enough for minor procedures. A surgical facility is situated on the second floor. Licensed Practical Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Medical Office Assistants, and a Referral Coordinator are available to support patients, alongside the clinic's 5 full-time Family Physicians.
Clinic hours are Mon-Fri, 9am-8pm and Sat-Sun, 10am-3pm. The clinic offers free parking spaces and is west of the city serving Enoch Cree Nation and the surrounding communities.
Requirements:
• Eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA)
• Postgraduate training from Australia, Canada, Ireland, UK, or USA
