You will have access to a close knit and supportive physician community, primary care and specialists alike, with opportunities to work in the hospital and other specialized clinics available. Our clinic lead physician is co-owner and experienced with local and provincial health care systems - both in accessing physician and patient supports. She is a keen and experienced mentor to learners and colleagues. Our other provider is a former family medicine residency director from the US who is also a keen teacher and mentor, and together they foster a collaborative and collegial office culture, as well as encourage the pursuit of additional passions and interests in medicine, as well as community engagement. Embedded are efficient workflows and resources to support excellent productivity, but overall, the clinic emphasizes work/life balance and quality care. The clinic uses MYLE (Make Your Life Easier) EMR and offers billing support. Payment structure is your choice of: •Fee-for-service (FFS) where the income is entirely dependent on your patient volume, with a range of potential full-time annual earnings of $350,000 - $400,000.  •New Longitudinal Family Physician (LFP) fee model which offers an average full-time annual income of $385,000.
