The incoming physician will have the opportunity to shape a new modern medical practice, in a supportive and community driven environment, with a growing patient-focused team. Our client is looking for a physician with an interest in a long-term practice development, they should have a strong commitment to patient-centred care with excellent clinical and communication skills. Duties and responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, managing ongoing care, order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, x-rays, etc.), prescribe, manage treatment plans, provide acute and preventative medical care, including vaccinations. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and contribute to the clinic’s continued growth and operational success. Hours of work are 40 hours a week with flexible scheduling available.  The clinic uses Telus EMR, and offers full billing support. Payment structure is fee-for-service, split arrangement is 70/30 (reduces to 75/25 upon reaching billing threshold), the range of potential full-time annual earnings is $500,000-$600,000 gross. Incentives Available to the Physician:   • The clinic partners with the City of Belleville to offer an incredible signing bonus. $100,000 for a 3-year commitment and $150,000 for a 5-year commitment.  • Comprehensive end-to-end relocation support - especially for International Medical Graduates. INDEPENDENT LICENSED ONLY / Job ID: 2531 Excellent Earning Potential, 90/10 Split Reduction for First 2 Months, LMIA Available (with pics!) Job Details: Our client in London, Ontario is looking for a full-time Family Physician to join their Family Practice/Walk-in clinic. The clinic has a waitlist of close to 1,800 patients and incoming physicians will be expected to see 30-40 patients per day, with the potential of earning more than $50,000 per month. There is also the opportunity to join the FHG (Family Health Group) for increased earning potential. Hours of work are Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm. Saturdays are optional. The clinic uses Avaros EMR, and offers billing support. Payment structure is fee-for-service, with a split arrangement of 80/20 for up to $40,000 earnings, 85/15 for earnings between $40,000-$50,000 and 90/10 for all earnings over $50,000 per month. The range of potential full-time annual earnings is $500,000-$600,000. Incentives Available to the Physician: For the first 2 months, 90/10 overhead reduction will be granted, to help the incoming physician to get settled in. LMIA available.  Clinic Details: The clinic offers a variety of state-of-the-art healthcare services and equipment. This includes a large waiting room and reception area, 8 exam rooms, a large doctor's office, manager office, a kitchen and 3 washrooms (including private washroom with shower).  The facility also offers nursing support and a trained medical office support team, which includes an Office Manager, Clinic Coordinator, and Billing Coordinator. There are 2 family physicians currently working at the clinic. There is a pharmacy located inside the clinic for the patient's convenience. The clinic is in a large and busy plaza with a free parking lot and establishments and grocery stores nearby. It is in a low-crime area that grants foot traffic and visibility. The high-volume and high-income earning location makes it perfect option for any physician.
