The incoming physician will provide full scope of family practice. Opening mid November 2025. Guaranteed 40-60 patients per day once set up. Virtual and In-clinic appointments will allow doctors to have more flexibility, with doctors in the clinic working together when it comes to vacation coverage. Ideally the shifts will be 7-hour shifts during the week and 5-hour shifts on weekends, schedule will be discussed and agreed with the incoming physician.  The clinic uses CHR EMR, and offers billing support. Payment structure is fee-for-service, split arrangement is 80/20, and the range of potential full-time annual earnings is $450,000-$550,000.   Clinic Details: This is a new clinic with 8 exam rooms and 2 offices. There is already an office manager hired, and they are in the process of hiring a nurse and MOA. The clinic is looking to become a multidisciplinary clinic with a Psychiatrist and Internal Medicine in the future, that will include a procedure room. Our client is looking for a max of 4 doctors, currently there are no doctors in the clinic, one is scheduled to start very soon.  Family Practice hours are weekdays 9am-6pm, and 10am-4pm weekends.
