It is also a recognized resident facility with strong connections to the teaching hospital. This is an independent family practice group that has served central Saskatoon for more than 3 decades. Providing comprehensive primary care to a diverse urban population and maintains close links with community services and secondary care providers.  The incoming physician will deliver longitudinal family medicine, including preventive care, chronic-disease management and minor office procedures. Hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, no routine evenings or weekends required.  The clinic uses Med Access EMR, with remote access and integrated laboratory results. Billing support provided. Payment structure is fee-for-service, with an incentivised revenue split with full transparency on all billings and overheads. Split arrangement is 70/30, which improves to 75/25 in any 2-week billing cycle, exceeding $15,000. The range of potential full-time annual earnings is $480,000-$640,000.
