The role focuses on providing holistic, proactive medical care in a concierge style setting working alongside a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes. Our client provides a collaborative team environment by partnering with a diverse group of healthcare professionals, including specialists, nurse practitioners, and allied health providers. The incoming physician should be able to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team, have excellent interpersonal communication skills, and a strong commitment to patient centered care and health optimization. Certification in Family Medicine is preferred. Experience in preventative medicine, concierge healthcare, executive health, precision medicine, longevity medicine or wellness-focused practice is an asset. Physician responsibilities include collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless, coordinated care, as well as conduct thorough medical assessments and develop personalized care plans for clients. The physician will also provide ongoing preventative care, chronic disease management, and wellness coaching and educate clients on preventative strategies, nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle interventions. The physician will also participate in patient follow-up and timely patient documentation in the EMR.  The incoming physician will benefit from a manageable patient panel of approximately 225-300 patients , while also building long-term relationships with patients, supporting them on their journey to optimal health and maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records within the electronic medical system. The physician will also utilize advanced diagnostic tools and testing to support clinical decision-making and staying up to date with the latest medical advancements and incorporate evidence-based practices. Flexible scheduling options provide a work-life balance that supports both professional fulfilment and personal well-being. Hours of work are 3 days a week to start with, 8am-5pm Monday to Friday, there is an option of 4 days for the right candidate. The clinic uses Telus CHR, and offers billing support. Payment structure is contract based with a set day rate, no overhead costs. The range of potential full-time annual earnings is up to $500,000-$650,000. Incentives Available to the Physician: No Overhead cost to incoming Physician, Paid CME days. Clinic Details: The clinic is a multidisciplinary health and performance centre , delivering integrated medical care, rehabilitation, and wellness services within a state-of-the-art facility. The clinic offers various services such as Travel medicine physician/services, Onsite Physiotherapy, mental health wellness support, Onsite Phlebotomy, and virtual dietitian services. Clinic hours are 8am-5pm Monday to Friday. The clinic has nursing support with a Nurse practitioner and LPN and there is a Clinic Manager, Team Lead and a dedicated MOA to provide administrative and operational support, who handles all administrative tasks, including logistics and scheduling, allowing the physician to solely focus on patient care. The incoming physician can expect a robust patient panel which will position them to take advantage of the PCPCM billing model. INDEPENDENT LICENSED ONLY / Job ID: 2646 $600K, No Overheads for 2 months, Endocrinologist or Internist with Focus on Endocrinology Required Job Details: Our client in Lindsay, Ontario is looking for a full-time Endocrinologist or Internist with focus on Endocrinology to join their Family Practice/Walk-in clinic. The incoming specialist duties include patient assessment, providing care, referral if needed, lab work assessment, and clear documentations, as per provincial standards. Work hours are 40 hours per week, from 9am to 5pm Monday–Friday. The clinic uses Oscar EMR, and offers billing support.
