The clinic serves a diverse local community through Family Practice and Walk-In services. Virtual walk-in and telehealth is also available for interested physicians. Victoria is in a category of its own. The capital of British Columbia, it sits on the southern tip of Vancouver Island — surrounded by ocean, mountains, and some of the most temperate climate in Canada. Downtown Victoria is anchored by the Inner Harbour, looking out across the water toward Washington State, with the iconic parliament buildings as a backdrop. It is a city of neighbourhoods: walkable, safe, and genuinely beautiful, with lower crime rates and less congestion than virtually any comparable Canadian city. Victoria also supports some of the strongest patient demand in the country — a combination of an aging population, significant unattachment rates, and a community that actively seeks out and values primary care. For a physician building a roster, that demand translates directly into a loyal patient base and a practice that grows quickly. For physicians relocating from abroad, Victoria offers something that larger cities rarely can — a real quality of life. Excellent schools, a strong sense of community, world-class cycling and hiking, whale watching, sailing, and a food and arts scene that punches well above its size. Vancouver is a 38-minute flight or a scenic 90-minute ferry ride away, keeping the city connected without the noise and density of the mainland. This is not just a great place to practise medicine. It is a great place to live. Requirements:  •  Eligible for licensure with College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC) •  Postgraduate training from Australia, Canada, Ireland, UK, or USA
