Job Details: Our client in Guelph, Ontario is seeking a full-time Family Physician to join a newly established Family Practice/Walk-In Clinic. The incoming physician will be the first doctor in the clinic, offering a unique opportunity (if interested) to help shape the clinic’s final layout, workflows, and overall vision from the ground up. Work hours are flexible, with an expected schedule of 7–8 hours per day, 4–5 days per week, with a strong emphasis on work–life balance. The clinic provides full billing support and allows the incoming physician to select a new EMR system. Compensation is fee-for-service with a highly competitive 80/20 split (negotiable). SUPERVISION/SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE / Job ID: 1983 Pediatrician required for Practice in Trendy City of Hamilton - Supervision Available November 2025 Job Details: Our client in Hamilton, Ontario is looking for a full-time Pediatrician to join their Community Health Centre. Supervision available from November 2025. The role entails general pediatrics, and there is also a huge demand for behavioral pediatrics should this be of interest. Our client has two clinic locations 25 mins apart from each other, the incoming physician will be expected to cover both clinics. With 60% of their time in the main location and 40% percent in the nearby Grimsby location. Hours of work are flexible with a minimum of 48 hours a week. Clinic hours are Monday - Saturday 9am to 5pm, no call required. The clinic uses Oscar Infomedics System EMR, and offers billing support. Payment structure is fee-for-service, split arrangement is 70/30 which includes fully paid billing support services, and supply of all tools and equipment necessary for work. The range of potential annual earnings is $300,000-$350,000.  Incentives Available to the Physician:  Flexible work hours, no split on income made from insurance company reports. Clinic Details: The clinic has onsite pharmacy, lab and radiology services, as well as paid parking. The incoming physician will be working in collaboration with the owner of the practice and 1 other Pediatrician. Hamilton has a hip café and restaurant scene and an impressive theatre and creative culture. SUPERVISION/SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE / Job ID: 2534 $400K-$600K Earning Potential, 85/15 Split for First 3 Months Job Details: Our client in Ile Des Chenes & Winnipeg, Manitoba is looking for a full-time Family Physician to join their Family Practice/Walk-in clinic. The incoming physician’s duties and responsibilities will include advocating for patient’s meds, results and reviewing small in office procedures such as stiches/removal, ear flushing, etc. They must be able to adjust to a busy pace of booked appointments and walk-in's while maintaining a good relationship and communication with patients and staff. The physician is expected to work a minimum of 40 hours a week, clinic hours are evening and weekends, but will expanded when the incoming physician joins. No on-call required. The client has 2 clinic locations, 20 mins apart and the physician will ideally work at both clinics. A driving license is a requirement for the role. The clinic uses Accuro EMR, and offers billing support. Payment structure is fee-for-service, split arrangement will include a reduced overhead for the first 3 months starting at 85/15. After the initial 3 months split arrangements will be based on potential earnings $0- $150,000 (75/25),  $150,000-$300,000 (80/20) and, $300,000 + (85/15). Range of potential earning is $400,000 to $600,000. Clinic Details: The clinic has a few large doctor's examination rooms; which include a lunch-room.  There is not a designated procedure room, however the offices are large enough to accommodate a medical bed in each office. There are administrative staff to assist the incoming physician. There is currently 1 family physician working at the clinic. Ile Des Chenes is a quiet town, located 20 minutes outside of Winnipeg. This is a growing rural community. This is a great opportunity for those doctors looking for rural locations within proximity to a city, as rural office physicians make 5% more per appointment and prescription. Manitoba has a lot to offer for outdoors activities such as hiking, hunting, snowshoeing, tobogganing and many cultural festivals throughout the year. South Asian Language Preferred- Available Sept 2026 Job Details: Our client in Calgary, Alberta is looking for a full-time Family Physician to join their Family Practice. Position available from September 2026. The incoming physician should have good communication skills as they will be working in collaboration with a team of physicians, pharmacists and other support staff. The physician will see preferably 60-70 patients a day. Experience in minor procedures, Intra-articular injections and IUD insertions would be preferred but not mandatory. Punjabi/Hindi/Urdu speaking physician is preferred due to patient population. An LMIA is available for candidates requiring a work permit. Hours of work are Monday-Friday, with at least 1 or 2 Saturdays per month. Closed on Sundays and holidays. The clinic uses Accuro EMR, a complete EMR one time training will be arranged and paid for by the clinic. The clinic offers billing support and payment structure is fee-for-service, split arrangement is 75/25 for the first 2 years, and 80/20 from 3 years onwards. Client is open to discuss a fixed salary per hour. The range of potential full-time annual earnings is $500,000-$600,000. Incentives Available to the Physician: $11,000 Relocation allowance available if candidate is moving from a different country.  Clinic Details: This new clinic is a combined integrated medical unit and pharmacy with a clinic manager and other support staff. All patients are seen on site with no home visits available. Clinic Details: This is a multidisciplinary clinic focusing on community care, family medicine, cardiology, internal medicine, endocrinology, geriatrics, rheumatology and respiratory. There is a wide selection of diagnostic testing available on site such as event monitoring, stress test, MPI, echocardiogram and carotid ultrasounds, ECG, ABI and PFT, sleep studies and ABG. The clinic is open from 7am-5pm Monday to Friday. The clinic has dedicated administrative staff in place. Each physician is assigned an MOA to assist them and their patients. There is 1 part-time Cardiologist, 2 full-time Internal medicine, 1 part-time Internal medicine/Geriatrics, 2 part-time Internal medicine, 1 part-time Pediatric Rheumatologist ,1 full-time Nurse Practitioner and 1 part- time Family Physician currently working at the clinic. This clinic provides service to all of Calgary as well as the surrounding communities. This includes Chestermere, Strathmore, Cochrane, Airdrie, Crossfield, Carstairs, Irricanna, Olds, Otokos, High River and Nanton. Our client has 2 locations in Calgary, 1 is in the northeast of the city, close to a local hospital and the 2nd location is in the southeast of Calgary.
