INDEPENDENT LICENSED ONLY / Job ID: 2565 Ophthalmologist required for Practice, Strong Referral Network with Established Patient Volume  Job Details: Our client in Ottawa, Ontario is looking for a full-time Ophthalmologist to join their Ophthalmology Practice. The incoming specialist will fulfill key roles within the clinic. This includes performing comprehensive eye examinations, diagnosis and treatment of ocular diseases. The specialist will also provide surgical services with a focus on cataract surgery (additional subspecialty services are encouraged) as well as collaborate with referring Optometrists, Family Physicians, and allied healthcare providers.  Candidates will also participate in patient education and contribute to continuous quality improvement as well as maintain professional standards and accurate clinical documentation. The incoming specialist will have access to a strong referral network with established patient volume. Candidates with excellent clinical judgment, surgical skill, strong interpersonal and communication skills are preferred. Fellowship training in cataract/refractive surgery or subspecialties is an asset.   The clinic uses Tellus Health - PS Suite EMR and offers billing support. Payment structure will be discussed further with potential candidates, and the range of potential full-time annual earnings is  $250,000 to $350,000. Clinic Details: The facility is equipped with a procedure room and advanced diagnostic and surgical systems to support excellence in patient care. This includes a fully equipped onsite surgical facility and state-of-the art surgical microscope with digital visualization. The clinic also offers diagnostic imaging and testing. This includes iTrace ray-tracing aberrometer and corneal topography, OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography), Fundus Photography, Visual Fields Analyzer, Pachymetry & Biometry Systems, Comprehensive pre-and post-operative assessment tools. Tecs and Admin staff are available and offers nursing support on surgery days in the OR. The clinic also offers a supportive infrastructure including dedicated Ophthalmic technicians and scribes. EMR-integrated workflows are also used for efficiency and accuracy. There is currently 1 Ophthalmologist working at the clinic. Ottawa is the gorgeous political capital of Canada. INDEPENDENT LICENSED ONLY / Job ID: 2584 $6K Signing Bonus, Part-Time Pediatrician Required, Flexible Schedule – Available May 2026 Job Details: Our client in Brooklin, Ontario is looking for a part-time Pediatrician to join their Family Practice clinic, with an anticipated start date of May 2026. The Pediatrician will provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care within an established, community-based multidisciplinary clinic. The role focuses on supporting families and children from newborn through adolescence, with a strong referral base from the clinic’s family physicians and surrounding community providers. The incoming specialist’s key responsibilities include, providing consultation, assessment, and management of pediatric patients for both general and referral-based concerns. The role also includes diagnosing and treating acute and chronic pediatric conditions, including respiratory illnesses, infections, asthma, allergies, eczema, and developmental concerns. Other responsibilities include conducting well-baby and well-child visits, growth monitoring and developmental screening. Providing preventive care, including immunizations, screening, and parental guidance is also a part of the role. The specialist will also be responsible for assessing developmental, behavioral, and school-related concerns, and coordinating referrals where appropriate as well as documenting encounters and managing patient records using EMR and collaborating with clinic staff and other healthcare providers to support continuity of care. The specialist will be expected to see 15–25 patients per clinic day, depending on appointment type, complexity, and physician preference. This will be a mix of new consultations, follow-ups and well-child visits.  Referrals are primarily from the clinic’s internal network of physicians as well as community providers. The specialist will follow an outpatient community clinic setting with no hospital work and no on-call requirements. Hours of work will be flexible, with days and hours to be mutually agreed upon. The role offers a supportive environment with full administrative and billing support, allowing the Pediatrician to focus on patient care while building a stable and rewarding community practice. The clinic uses Telus PS Suites EMR, and offers billing support. Payment structure is fee-for-service, split arrangement is 75/25, which will cover all overheads including full-administrative support and access to the clinic’s specialist network for expedited referrals and virtual care platform, and the range of potential full-time annual earnings is $250,000-$350,000. Incentives Available to the Physician: $6,000 Signing Bonus Clinic Details: The clinic has fully equipped exam rooms and modern facilities as well as access to the clinic’s broader network, referral pathways and specialist connections. The facility has 3 nurses to provide nursing support and a dedicated Clinic Manager and experienced MOA team that will provide full billing and administrative support. Clinic hours are 8:30 am-4:30 pm Monday-Thursday, and 8:30 am-2:00 pm Friday. There are 9 Full-time/Part-time Family Physicians under FHO, 4 Locum Family Physicians, 1 General Surgeon, 1 Cardiologist, 1 Endocrinologist, and 1 Obstetrician and Gynecologist currently working at the clinic. The clinic is located in a busy, high-visibility area in Brooklin, Ontario, with free on-site parking and additional street parking. There are also pharmacies located nearby, including major national chains within walking distance and laboratory services within approximately 15 minutes’ drive. The clinic is also in close proximity to residential neighborhoods, ensuring consistent patient demand. INDEPENDENT LICENSED ONLY / Job ID: 2580 $600K Earning Potential, Psychiatrist Needed for Community Health Centre- Open in June 2026!  Job Details: Our client in Edmonton, Alberta is looking for two full-time Psychiatrists to join their Community Health Centre which will open in June 2026. This is a community-based psychiatrist job in general adult psychiatry and references will be received by the family physicians. The job includes a comprehensive, holistic and psychiatric assessment and will be specifically tailored to the client’s needs. The incoming specialist will be experienced and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as confidence in managing complex mental health patients and the ability to operate the clinic’s EMR.   The clinic fosters independence and very comprehensive mental health specialist skills. As this is not a hospital-based job, the physician should have competent skills to manage complex cases. The clinic has the approval from the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta. It is anticipated that the clinic will be fully operational in June 2026. If possible, a visit to the clinic is encouraged but not mandatory. Hours of work are 9am-5pm Monday-Friday with no on-calls, and the possibility of supported weekend shifts from 9am-5pm as well as a hybrid option should the specialist wish to work from a remote location. The client prefers the incoming specialist having a client-centred approach. Currently, the clinic is undergoing a cooling phase before the referrals start coming in and will be fully operational and running in 6 months. Within this time, the client anticipates that with the population of 1.2 million Edmontonians, the caseload will at any time be between 1000 to 1500 cases and even more. Please note that the physician has the choice to accept or refuse clients. The clinic uses AVA EMR, and offers billing support. The payment structure is fee-for-service, split arrangement is 70/30, and the range of potential full-time annual earnings is $500,000- $600,000. Clinic Details: The clinic offers both administrative and nursing support. Please note that this is not a family practice clinic and there will be limited ancillary support. However, due to the state-of-the-art EMR and booking procedures that the clinic utilizes, the incoming physician can work quite independently. Clinic work hours are very flexible from 8am-5pm Monday-Friday with the option to work during weekends. There is 1 Psychiatrist currently working at the clinic. The clinic is located in the commercial hub of Edmonton, which is a sprawling city with a population of 1.2 million people. In the last 10 years, the population has increased to five hundred thousand people, with a majority moving to Edmonton due to the lower cost of living and affordable housing.  The clinic is close to shopping malls, cafes, restaurants and several other clinics in the vicinity. INDEPENDENT LICENSED ONLY / Job ID: 2583 $450K Earning Potential, Excellent Incentives Offered, Available in Summer of 2026 Job Details: Our client in Oshawa, Ontario is looking for a full-time and/or part-time Family Physician to join their Multidisciplinary clinic which will open in the Summer of 2026. The incoming physician will be motivated to work towards FHO and setting up a roster of patients. Hours of work are 40 hours per week, preferably with walk-in coverage to start until fully rostered, as the clinic plans to transition to the FHO model (Family Health Organization) once they have enough doctors and rostered patients.  The clinic has recently partnered with Lakeridge Health hospital in Oshawa, wherein all unattached patients from Lakeridge will be sent to the clinic going forward. This will provide access to a patient panel of 10,000 that will be assigned once incoming doctors are in place. This means that doctors will have patients from week 1.  The clinic uses Telus CHR EMR, and offers billing support. Payment structure is fee-for-service/CCM (Comprehensive Care Model), split arrangement is 80/20 plus HST, with the range of potential full-time annual earnings is $350,000-$550,000 Incentives Available to the Physician: No overhead for the first 3 months of practice. The clinic also offers relocation support and can help the incoming physician’s family get settled in the Durham region as well as offer job placement support for the physician’s spouse. Clinic Details: The clinic is a brand new 5,300 square foot, turnkey facility with 18 fully equipped examination rooms and an on-site pharmacy. The facility offers administrative support including reception, MOAs and billing support   It is owned by a physician family, who lives and works within the area. Hours of work are 9am-6pm Mon-Thurs and 9am-5pm Fri.  For weekends, the clinic will be open 9am-2pm on Saturdays and will extend their hours as staffing ramps up. There is 1 part-time Endocrinologist, 1 part-time Psychiatrist and 1 Gastroenterologist (who is available for consultations) currently working at the clinic. The clinic is in Downtown Oshawa, a growing area with excellent cost of living, and there is a severe shortage of family physicians. There are also excellent neighbourhoods nearby for relocation. Oshawa also has great educational institutions such as Ontario Tech University, Trent University Durham GTA and Durham College as well as Queen's University medical training program which is in partnership with Lakeridge Hospital. Job Details: Our client in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan is looking for a full-time Family Physician to join their Family Practice/Urgent Care. The incoming physician can negotiate how they wish to work, they may work walk-ins, primary care or hybrid. Primary care encounters attract a supplementary income option up to $140,000/year. There is a huge patient demand, the physician can see up to 100 patients a day, if they wish. Currently physicians are seeing between 200-250 patients and having to turn away patients in the afternoon due to physicians limited availability. On call schedule out of hours for urgent patient contact is mandatory. Typically, 1:12, this is rarely called into play except for providing telephone advice if a patient calls, or a laboratory calls with urgent blood results. Required to have full CMPA coverage, obstetrics not mandatory.  The clinic uses MedAccess EMR, and offers billing support. Payment structure is fee-for-service, split arrangement is 70/30, and the range of potential full-time annual earnings is $450,000-$500,000.  Incentives Available to the Physician: Saskatchewan Health Authority $144K incentives for full-time committed physicians (paid out every 3 months),Interest fee $25K loan to help settle in & assistance with licensure, setting up bank account, car, insurance etc. LMIA Support available.  Clinic Details: The clinic is a fully equipped urgent care centre with treatment/procedure rooms, X-ray services and an upcoming point of care ultrasonography service. There is administrative staff for reception, paperwork, patient file maintenance and an MOA is available for observations, labs, X-rays and ECG.   The clinic has a general surgeon, medicolegal expert and panel physicians for immigration and occupational health. There are 7 full-time and 4 part-time family physicians currently working at the clinic.  Hours of operation are 8am-8pm Monday-Friday, Saturday 9am-6pm and Sunday 9am-4pm. Closed on statutory holidays. The clinic is centrally located, in a large catchment area with varied demographics, the majority are young and working families including immigrants.
