$5K Signing Bonus, Incentives and Excellent Split at Metro Vancouver Clinic
Job Details: Our client in New Westminster, British Columbia is looking for a full-time Family Physician to join their Family Practice/Walk-in clinic, for full scope of practice role. Hours of work are standard business hours, no late evenings, and a 5-6 day schedule is possible.
The clinic uses Oscar EMR, and offers billing support. Payment structure is fee-for-service or LFP, split arrangement is 80/20, which includes an annual bonus and retention bonus. The range of potential full-time annual earnings is $350,000-$450,000.
Incentives Available to the Physician: $5K Signing Bonus, Annual Retention Bonus, Relocation Assistance, Extended Health and Medical Insurance, Work Permit & PR Support.
Clinic Details: This brand-new clinic opened in January 2025, it includes a doctor's office, staff room, and 9 exam rooms. The clinic has onsite parking, next to a pharmacy, and close to all amenities. There are 2 Nurse Practitioners and 1 full-time Family Physician currently working at the clinic.
The city of New Westminster is at the centre of Metro Vancouver – the Greater Vancouver Area.
Requirements:
• Eligible for licensure with College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC)
• Postgraduate training from Australia, Canada, Ireland, UK, or USA
