Job Details: Our client, one of Canada's most established clinic networks, is seeking a full-time Family Physician to join their multidisciplinary clinic in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

The organization has extensive experience successfully supporting International Medical Graduates, particularly physicians from the United Kingdom and other comparable healthcare systems. Their dedicated teams provide guidance throughout licensing, sponsorship, relocation, onboarding, practice development, and integration into Canadian healthcare and culture. Physicians work alongside Family Physicians and Specialists across multiple disciplines, creating strong referral relationships and collaborative patient care opportunities. Dedicated billing, administrative, technology, and physician success teams allow physicians to focus on clinical practice rather than operational burdens. 
 
Flexible scheduling and virtual care opportunities are available, allowing physicians to build a practice that aligns with their personal and professional goals. Compensation is based on a competitive fee-for-service model with a negotiable split arrangement. Potential full-time annual earnings range from $400,000 to $800,000+ depending on practice volume. 

Incentives Available to the Physician: Incentives include a relocation allowance of $8,000 and a signing bonus of $12,000, for a maximum combined incentive of $20,000.

Requirements:
•  Eligible for licensure with College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba (CPSM)
•  Postgraduate training from Australia, Canada, Ireland, UK, or USA
