The incoming physician will be expected to keep scheduled appointments with a panel of patients. One of the physicians has recently retired there is an opportunity to take over a panel of approximately 650 patients from the retiring physician. There is also an option to work evenings and weekends as well as join long-term care rounds and share call or on call for patients. The clinic uses Health Practice Solutions EMR, and offers billing support. Payment structure is fee-for-service, split arrangement is 70/30 which includes the expenses for EMR, staff, supplies, billing clerk and operating costs. The range of potential full-time annual earnings is $250,000-$500,000. Incentives Available to the Physician: Physician will be joining a very supportive team. Clinic Details: This is a large GP owned clinic that has been operating for 50+ years and has an onsite pharmacy and offers physiotherapy and massage therapy sessions. There is an MOA, receptionist, transcriptionist, and billing clerk to assist with administrative tasks. There are 3 family physicians currently working at the clinic. The clinic is open Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, located in an established neighbourhood, with easy access to roads, transit, biking, and walking. It is within walking distance of the Edmonton Primary Care Network, a hub associated with many specialties. They believe that healthier practitioners create healthier patients, better outcomes and improve entire communities through the outward ripple effect of good care. Working for this network, you can expect: •  High levels of administrative support so you can focus on patients, including centralized billing and referral teams. •  The opportunity to easily build your panel. •  Support from a collaborative team of practitioners, including a panel of over 50 specialists. •  Encouragement and resources to grow your expertise in specialized focus areas. The incoming physician will be responsible for full scope of family practice and walk-in. Hours are Monday to Friday and weekends are optional if desired, on-call and after-hours work are not required. The clinic uses Healthquest EMR, and offers billing support. Payment structure is fee-for-service, split arrangement is 85/15 for the first 6 months, transitioning to 80/20. This includes EMR, staffing, medical supplies, IT and, equipment. The range of potential full-time annual earnings is $450,000-$550,000. Incentives Available to the Physician: Reduced split arrangement will be 85/15 for the first 6 months. Clinic Details: The clinic has a procedure room and a fully operating pharmacy onsite. There is an MOA to assist with administrative tasks. Nursing support is available through the Primary Care Network only. At this time, there are no physicians working at the clinic. 1 of the physicians who is working at one of our client's other clinic's is a local Doctor and will be working at the clinic 2-3 days a week from August. The clinic is open Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and located in a highly dense community east of Edmonton.
