This is an excellent earning potential, with a waiting list of 1,800 patients and the opportunity to take over a patient roster in the future from physicians who are considering retirement. Hours of work can be flexible around 30-40 hours per week, with no evenings, weekend or on call schedules allowing lots of flexibility for work-life balance. Should the physician wish to start working an evening or Saturday this can certainly be discussed further. The clinic uses HealthQuest EMR, and offers clinic billing support. After a probationary period, the clinic is seeking family practice physicians to take on patients for longitudinal care. This is a highly supportive culture with easy access to some specialty care.  Hours of work are between Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm, no weekends. On-call requirement is 1 day per month, 1 weekend per 3 months working in the Urgent Care Clinic for rostered patients. This is not a general walk-in clinic and the incoming physician can choose to pick up extra shifts, although it is not necessary.
