$600K+ Earning Potential with Excellent Split and Benefits!

Job Details: Our client in Surrey, British Columbia is looking for a full-time and/or part-time Family Physician to join their Family Practice/Walk-in clinic. The incoming physician should be willing to take up complex care patients with standard duties of a family physician. Ability to speak Punjabi would be a great asset to the community of patients. 40-hour work week is preferred. 

The clinic uses Oscar EMR, and offers billing support. Payment structure is fee-for-service or Longitudinal Family Physician (LFP) Payment Model, this is a blended model to support physicians in family practice who provide longitudinal family medicine care. Split arrangement is 80/20, (includes utilities, wages, software cost, phone/fax line cost, advertising cost). The range of potential full-time annual earnings is $600,000+.

Clinic Details: The clinic includes a procedure room for acute care management as well as ECG and stress test facility. There is a clinic manager who orient physician to software as well as billing protocols and timelines. There is 1 specialist and 3 family physicians & a walk-in GP currently working at the clinic.

Requirements: 
•  Eligible for licensure with College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC)
•  Postgraduate training from Australia, Canada, Ireland, UK, or USA
