Job Details: Our client in Belleville, Ontario is seeking a Cardiologist — or an Internal Medicine Specialist with a cardiovascular focus — to join their established Outpatient Cardiology Service on a full-time or part-time basis. This is a rewarding role with genuine work-life balance and a large, engaged patient population.The successful candidate will provide cardiovascular-focused consultations for patients in Belleville and surrounding communities.

Clinical Responsibilities:
•  Cardiovascular-focused outpatient consultations and follow-ups
•  Interpretation of ECG and Holter monitors (mandatory)
•  Supervision of exercise stress tests (mandatory)
•  Monthly case group discussions available with the cardiology group

Schedule:
•  Part-time baseline: 4–5 in-person clinic days to see consults, follow-ups, and supervise stress tests concurrently, plus 4–5 follow-up days that can be done virtually.
•  Full-time available by scaling up from this baseline.
•  Office hours are 8am-4pm Monday to Friday, with some weekend days for diagnostics.
•  Combination of remote and clinic shifts available.

The clinic uses Arya EHR EMR, and does not offer billing support, as billing is integrated with the EMR for efficient workflow. Payment structure is fee-for-service, split arrangement is 80/20, cap can be negotiated, including parking, EMR and scheduling support. Overhead-percentage or cost-sharing model is also available — whichever is lower or better suits the candidate's practice style. The potential full-time annual earnings is $500,000-$600,000+. 

Incentives Available to the Physician: Combination of Remote and Clinic/Hospital Shifts Available.

Clinic Details: 
The clinic offers on-site cardiac diagnostics including ECG, Holter monitoring, exercise stress testing, and echocardiography (ECHO). It runs on Arya EHR — an intuitive EMR purpose-built for specialists, with integrated billing — and provides free parking and medical office assistant (MOA) support for scheduling and pre-visit vitals.

Requirements:
• Eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
• Specialist training from Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Ireland, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, Switzerland, UK, or US
