$500K Earning Potential, Pediatrician Opportunity,  Modern Team-Based Clinic, Hospital Work Optional

Job Details: Our client, in Drumheller, Alberta, is seeking a Pediatrician to establish and grow a community-based pediatric practice within its established multidisciplinary medical clinic.

The clinic serves Drumheller and a regional catchment population of approximately 38,000 residents, providing significant demand for pediatric services while allowing physicians to develop long-term relationships with children and families throughout the region. This is an excellent opportunity for a Pediatrician looking to build a rewarding practice in an underserved community while working within a collaborative Patient Medical Home. 

The clinic uses Juno EMR and offers billing support. Payment structure is fee-for service and the  Split arrangement is 70/30, with annual earning potential up to $500,000.

Clinic Details: The clinic is wheelchair accessible and has spacious examination rooms and dedicated procedure rooms and free parking, as well as nursing support. It also has a fully integrated pharmacy that works directly with physicians through shared EMR access and collaborative medication management. There are currently two established Family Physicians working in the clinic. 

The clinic serves Drumheller and the surrounding regional population of approximately 38,000 residents. Drumheller offers excellent schools and family friendly neighborhoods, as well as access to the Royal Tyrrel Museum and Alberta Badlands.

 Requirements:  
•  Eligible for licensure with College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA)
