l Martin to recruit physicians for us. Phil has a good understanding of the immigration process to bring new physicians into the Province of Alberta. Because we have limited resources he was able to be our eyes and ears and do the leg work for us in other countries. Phil would send us CVs whenever he found a good fit for our community and works with us and our AHS recruiter whenever a potential recruit was selected.
