90/10 Split, LMIA Ready Clinic with Large Patient Panel,$600K Earnings, No Overhead for First 4 Months

Job Details: Our client in Edmonton, Alberta is seeking a full-time Family Physician to join a Family Practice/Walk-in clinic within a well-established multidisciplinary medical group.The incoming physician will provide comprehensive family medicine services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, chronic disease management, and follow-up. The physician will build and manage a growing patient panel, maintain accurate EMR documentation, and collaborate with the healthcare team.

The clinic is located in a highly populated, underserved community with strong demand for primary care. Expected patient volume is approximately 40–50 patients per day or more, depending on practice style and demand. Work hours are approximately 40 hours per week, primarily on weekdays.

The clinic uses HealthQuest EMR and provides administrative and billing support. Compensation is fee-for-service with a 90/10 split, with potential full-time annual earnings of approximately $500,000–$600,000, depending on patient volume and billing.

Incentives Available to the Physician: No overheads for the first 4 months, the clinic is also LMIA ready for doctors who need a work permit.

Clinic Details: The clinic is part of a well-established and growing medical group with extensive experience developing and operating successful practices across Edmonton. Over the past three years, the group has opened two clinics, both of which have grown into busy practices with strong and sustained patient volumes. The group has a proven approach to clinic growth through strategic locations, marketing, community outreach, and strong operational support. The clinic operates  9am to 6pm Monday to Friday with flexibility based on physician preferences and patient demand.

The newly built clinic features 8 fully equipped examination rooms, a dedicated procedure room, HealthQuest EMR, and experienced administrative staff. The broader group includes more than 12 family physicians and 4 specialists, providing opportunities for multidisciplinary care, collaboration, and internal referrals.

Requirements:
· Eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA)
· Postgraduate training from Australia, Canada, Ireland, UK, or USA
