Psychiatry Role Available, Join Well-Established Multi-Disciplinary Team in the Heart of Oakville
Job Details: Our client in Oakville, Ontario is looking for a full-time and/or part-time Psychiatrist to join their multi-disciplinary clinic. Our client runs a network of clinics across most of Canada, with many clinics and locations being added all the time. They are committed to empowering patients with care that results in improved health outcomes, their focus is putting their patients and their family's health first. Working closely with you to ensure there is a smooth transition of practice.
The incoming physician will provide full scope of Psychiatry. Virtual care options available. In-clinic cross coverage is available for short vacation time. The clinic is open 7 days a week, hours of work are flexible with the physician working alongside the clinic team to come up with a suitable schedule.
The clinic uses Accuro EMR, and offers specialized billing support. Payment structure is Fee-for-Service. Split arrangement is 70/30 negotiable to reflect the value and expertise of the physician. The range of potential full-time annual earnings is $325,000 - $375,000.

Clinic Details: The clinic is in the heart of Oakville and is well-known in the community with loyal doctors who have been working in the clinic from it opened over 25 years ago. There are 10 exam rooms that are shared out amongst the doctors. Well-known for its specialty services the clinic also offers Pediatric, Immunology, Allergy, Rheumatology and Gynaecology care. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9am-9pm and Saturday-Sunday 9am-5pm. There are 5 MOA's, 2 nurses and 12 physicians working in the clinic, available to assist with the transition process.
Located on the second floor of a two level building, in a busy retail plaza, offering free parking. There is also a pharmacy in the same plaza. The local hospitals are approximately 15 minutes away.
Requirements:
• Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC) Certification
• US Board Certified or Certified by a US Specialty Board
• College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) Full Licence
