Days of work and hours per day are negotiable. The clinic uses MedAccess and KiPU EMR and uses a blended compensation model. The Pediatrician will provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care within an established, community-based setting. The role focuses on supporting families and children from newborn through adolescence, with a strong referral base primarily from the clinic family physicians and surrounding community providers. Key responsibilities include providing consultation, assessment, management of pediatric patients for both general and referral-based concerns, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic pediatric conditions, including respiratory illnesses, infections, asthma, allergies, eczema, and developmental concerns as well as conducting well-baby and well-child visits, including growth monitoring and developmental screening.
