The incoming physician's duties include assessments, treatment, preventive care, chronic disease management, referrals and follow-up. Ongoing advertising and patient outreach will support practice growth. The clinic's main goal is to provide physicians with strong administrative support so they can focus on patient care. They have over 800 patients and will continue investing in advertising and community outreach. Flexible full-time and part-time schedules are available. Working days, hours, and weekend availability can be discussed according to the physician’s preferences and clinic needs. The clinic uses Avaros EMR and offers billing support. Payment structure is Fee-for-service, with an interest in developing an FHG. They are also open to discussing FHO+ arrangements, subject to eligibility and applicable approvals.
