The incoming specialist’s duties will be providing comprehensive medical care to pediatric patients from birth to 18 years, conduct physical exams, developmental screenings, monitor child growth and development and referring to specialists when necessary as well as educate and counsel parents on children's health and nutrition. Additionally, the specialist will maintain accurate and up to date patient records in EMR systems and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and professional standards. The clinic uses Telus - Medaccess EMR, and offers billing support. Payment structure is fee-for-service, split arrangement is 70/30 , and is negotiable with the clinic.The range of potential full-time annual earnings is $300,000-$400,000  Clinic Details: The clinic has 2 procedure rooms and 10 examination rooms and offers physiotherapy, massage and acupuncture services. The facility has nursing support who will assist with patient intake, vital signs, and patient education. There is also an administrative staff including MOAs, an assistant manager and a clinic manager. This team handles appointment scheduling, patient communications, insurance coordination, and overall clinic operations. In addition, the clinic also employs a marketing team that is dedicated to promoting the clinic’s services and supporting outreach. Clinic hours are 9am-6pm Monday-Friday and 10am-4pm Saturdays. There are 2 Family Physicians, 1 part-time Internist, 1 part-time General Surgeon, and 1 part-time Cardiologist currently working at the clinic. The clinic is situated just off Whitemud Drive and Calgary Trail and is easily accessible by both vehicles and public transit. It is also 5 minutes from the University of Alberta and 10 minutes from downtown. INDEPENDENT LICENSED ONLY / Job ID: 2578 $550K Earning Potential, No Overheads, Excellent Incentives Including Flights and Accommodations Job Details: Our client in Powell River, British Columbia is looking for a full-time Psychiatrist to join their Inpatient residential mental health facility. The incoming specialist will provide a combination of in-person and virtual services to patients. Work shifts will be 24 hours per week with light and non-onerous on-call provision. Days of work and hours per day are negotiable. The clinic uses MedAccess and KiPU EMR and uses a blended compensation model. Payment structure will include physicians billing the organization for on-call sessions and reporting services with an average monthly billing of $25K-$30K.  The physician will provide their own billing to BC Medical Service Plan for in-person or office visits. The incoming Psychiatrist will maintain their own CME insurance, but the clinic looks after all other insurances for the facility and the staffing. There will be no overhead cost to the physician, and the range of potential full-time annual earnings is $450,000-$550,000. Incentives Available to the Physician: The clinic will pay for flights to and from Powell River, as well as the transportation the physician uses, meals at the facility and the waterfront cottage that the physician will live in while physically working at the site. $15,000 moving allowance will also be paid if the physician wishes to initially or later move to Powell River. Clinic Details: The clinic has been open since 2004 and is a 24-hour residential care facility and is licensed by the BC Ministry of Health under the BC Community Care and Assisted Living Act. They are also accredited with Accreditation Canada and maintain an exemplary standing designation. The clinic takes pride in being an excellent place to work and believe that it’s due to high staffing levels and commitment to reasonable workloads, high compensation and opportunities for advancement. The facility has a specific Psychiatrists’ office and a waiting room to be shared with the Medical Director and managed by the nursing staff. |The facility currently employs over 110 staff, including nursing support and an administrative staff that provides transcription and administrative support. There is also an interdisciplinary team that includes a Psychologist, Psychiatric Nurses and licensed clinical counselors. There is 1 Addiction Medicine Physician, 1 Psychiatrist (Who will be retiring and has worked with the organization since 2007) currently working at the clinic. He will be available as a locum to the new psychiatrist. The clinic is located on the Sunshine Coast of British Columbia, and the facility is set on a large, rural waterfront acreage that overlooks Malaspina Strait. Powell River is a well-serviced small community with its own hospital, regional airport with 4 scheduled flights daily, ferry service connecting to Vancouver Island (Victoria) and the lower Sunshine Coast (Vancouver). It is known for its exceptional recreational opportunities, both in and outdoors, and a strong fine arts movement. The specialist will also be expected to deliver outpatient clinic services, specialist consultations, and coordinated care with family physicians and allied health providers as well as accept and manage referrals from primary care physicians and other specialists. In addition, the specialist will provide longitudinal care for chronic disease management patients and maintain accurate, compliant medical documentation in accordance with CPSA and Alberta Health standards. The specialist will also regularly participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical governance as required. Work hours are 9am-5pm Monday-Friday, but the work schedule is also negotiable with the clinic. The clinic uses Med Access from Telus EMR, and offers billing support. Payment structure is fee-for-service, split arrangement is 70/30, and the range of potential full-time annual earnings is $400,000-$500,000. Clinic Details: The clinic has 2 procedure rooms, an ECG room, and a fully equipped exam room and ample parking space. The clinic hours are 9am-6pm Monday-Friday and 10am-4pm Saturday. The facility also has a Medical Office Assistant to offer administrative support. There are 3 full-time Family Physicians, 1 Obi-Gyn, 1 Internist (Medicine & Cardiology), 1 General Surgeon, and 1 Psychiatrist currently working at the clinic. The clinic is located in a central area and serves a diverse patient population. It is near the University of Alberta as well as major medical facilities and accessible by transit. INDEPENDENT LICENSED ONLY / Job ID: 2576 $6K Signing Bonus, Opportunity to Work at 3 Clinics with Large Patient Panels – Available May 2026 Job Detail: Our client in Ottawa, Ontario is looking for a full-time and/or part-time Pediatrician to join their multidisciplinary clinic with an anticipated start date of May 2026. This opportunity is based primarily at the clinic’s main location, with the flexibility to also work across 2 additional clinics located within a 15-minute drive and providing variety and access to a broader patient base while maintaining geographic convenience. The Pediatrician will provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care within an established, community-based setting. The role focuses on supporting families and children from newborn through adolescence, with a strong referral base primarily from the clinic family physicians and surrounding community providers. Key responsibilities include providing consultation, assessment, management of pediatric patients for both general and referral-based concerns, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic pediatric conditions, including respiratory illnesses, infections, asthma, allergies, eczema, and developmental concerns as well as conducting well-baby and well-child visits, including growth monitoring and developmental screening. Providing preventive care, including immunizations, screening, and parental guidance will also be included as well as assessing developmental, behavioral, and school-related concerns, and coordinating referrals. Supporting family physicians with pediatric consultations and shared care, with follow up as clinically appropriate. The specialist will also document encounters and manage patient records by using and collaborating with clinic staff and other healthcare providers to support continuity of care. The role offers a supportive environment allowing the Pediatrician to focus on patient care and have the opportunity to build a referral-based practice aligned with the physician’s clinical interests while building a stable and rewarding community practice. The specialist is expected to see approximately 15–25 patients per day, depending on appointment type, complexity, and physician preference with a mix of new consultations, follow-ups, and child visits. The schedule will be flexible and agreed upon.  Work hours are 9am-5pm Monday-Saturday, with no on-call and hospital work requirements. A part-time schedule with exact hours and weekly schedule can be discussed with the incoming specialist. The clinic uses Accuro EMR, and offers billing support. Payment structure is fee-for-service, split arrangement is 75/25, which will cover all overheads including full-administrative support and access to the clinic’s specialist network for expedited referrals and virtual care platform. The range of potential full-time annual earnings is $250,000-$350,000. Incentives Available to the Physician: $6,000 Signing Bonus Clinic Details: All 3 clinics have fully equipped examination rooms and modern facilities as well as access to the clinic’s broader network, referral pathways and specialist connections. There is an administrative team for all 3 clinics, including a dedicated Clinic Manager and an experienced MOA team who will provide full billing and administrative support. Nursing support will depend on the clinic location that the incoming specialist will work at. Clinic hours will be 9am-5pm Monday to Saturday. There are currently 2 Family Physicians working at the main clinic, 2 Family Physicians at the second location and 13 Family Physicians working at the third location as well as 1 Endocrinologist on staff. No on-call required. The client has 2 clinic locations, 20 mins apart and the physician will ideally work at both clinics. A driving license is a requirement for the role. The clinic uses Accuro EMR, and offers billing support. Payment structure is fee-for-service, split arrangement will include a reduced overhead for the first 3 months starting at 85/15. After the initial 3 months split arrangements will be based on potential earnings $0- $150,000 (75/25),  $150,000-$300,000 (80/20) and, $300,000 + (85/15). Range of potential earning is $400,000 to $600,000. Clinic Details: The clinic has a few large doctor's examination rooms; which include a lunch-room.  There is not a designated procedure room, however the offices are large enough to accommodate a medical bed in each office. There are administrative staff to assist the incoming physician. There is currently 1 family physician working at the clinic. Ile Des Chenes is a quiet town, located 20 minutes outside of Winnipeg. This is a growing rural community. This is a great opportunity for those doctors looking for rural locations within proximity to a city, as rural office physicians make 5% more per appointment and prescription. Manitoba has a lot to offer for outdoors activities such as hiking, hunting, snowshoeing, tobogganing and many cultural festivals throughout the year.
