Job Details:

Our client, one of Canada's most established and rapidly growing physician-led clinic networks, is seeking a full-time and/or part-time Rheumatologist to join their multidisciplinary clinic network in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

This is an exceptional opportunity to build a thriving Rheumatology practice with immediate access to a large and growing patient population. Demand for Rheumatology services continues to exceed capacity across Manitoba, creating significant opportunities for physicians seeking a busy referral-based practice with strong long-term growth potential.

The incoming Rheumatologist will work alongside Family Physicians and Specialists across multiple disciplines, providing comprehensive care for patients with autoimmune diseases, systemic inflammatory disorders, arthritis, osteoporosis, connective tissue diseases, and musculoskeletal conditions. The clinic's collaborative model allows for efficient referrals, coordinated patient care, and streamlined access to diagnostic services.

Common conditions seen within the practice may include Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA), Osteoarthritis (OA), Lupus, Gout, Psoriatic Arthritis, Spondyloarthritis, Osteoporosis, Vasculitis, and other autoimmune and inflammatory conditions affecting joints, muscles, bones, and connective tissues.

Whether you are an experienced specialist or an International Medical Graduate, the organization is committed to supporting your long-term success. The network has extensive experience helping physicians relocate to Canada, including supporting specialists from the United Kingdom and other comparable healthcare systems through licensing, onboarding, practice transition, and integration into Canadian medical practice.

Flexible scheduling options allow physicians to create a practice that aligns with both their professional and personal goals. Physicians benefit from dedicated administrative support, established referral pathways, and access to modern clinic infrastructure.

Compensation is based on a competitive fee-for-service model with attractive split arrangements. Potential full-time annual earnings range from $400,000 to $950,000+ depending on practice volume and scope of practice.

• Affordable housing and lower cost of living than many major Canadian cities.
• Excellent schools and welcoming, family-friendly communities.

Incentives Available:

A variety of physician-focused incentives may be available depending on clinic location and setup, including relocation assistance, practice transition support, and other recruitment incentives. Details will be discussed with qualified candidates.
