New Payment Model with Earning Potential up to $500K + $20k Relocation Incentive! (with pics)
Job Details: Our client in Regina, Saskatchewan is looking for full-time and/or part-time Family Physicians to join their team for community Family Medicine and some Walk-in. You are able to work Family Medicine or Walk-in shifts. Flexible work schedule, and work from home is accommodated.
The clinic uses Accuro EMR, the only provincial EMR in the city, and offers billing support. Saskatchewan has a new Transitional Payment Model (TMP) which is a blended model combining fee-for-service and a capitation payment, allowing doctors to earn up to $144K, (based on patient contacts and panel size). Split arrangement is 75/25 negotiable and can be discussed with the incoming physician. Earning potential is comfortably up to $500,000 for a self motivated and hard working Physician.
Incentives Available to the Physician: $20k relocation incentive is available
Clinic Details: The clinic is well established in the community and is known as the neighbourhood clinic. It is the largest treatment facility for primary care in the city, offering 24 computerized exam rooms, 300 items on procurement list, and an X-ray on-site and soon to be Ultrasound as well. There is an on-site Dermatologist, and a mixture of Family Practice and Walk in Physicians. There are currently 5 GP's working at the clinic.
Requirements:
• Postgraduate training from Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia or USA
• Eligible for certification by the College of Family Physicians Canada (CFPC)
• Eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan (CPSS)
