Excellent Earning Potential and Incentives at Victoria Clinic, Flexible Scheduling
Job Details: Our client in Victoria, British Columbia is looking for a full-time and/or part-time Family Physician to join their Family Practice. Our client runs a network of clinics across most of Canada, with many clinics and locations being added all the time. They are committed to empowering patients with care that results in improved health outcomes, their focus is putting their patients and their family's health first. They will work closely with you to ensure there is a smooth transition of practice.
The incoming physician will provide full scope of family practice. The clinic also provides virtual and telehealth options which can be accessed at home. In-clinic cross coverage is available for short vacation time, on call arrangement to be discussed. The clinic is open Monday-Friday, hours of work are flexible with the physician working alongside the clinic team on a suitable schedule.
The clinic uses OSCAR-15 EMR, and offers specialized billing support. Payment structure is Bi-Monthly payment (Fee-for-service, Longitudinal payment model) or Monthly (Primary Care Network). Split arrangement is 70/30 negotiable to reflect the value and expertise of the physician. The range of potential full-time annual earnings is $300,000-$600,000+.

Clinic Details: The Clinic services include Primary Care, Mental Wellness Online Therapy and Dermatology. There are 8 physicians currently working at the clinic, available to assist with the transition process. The clinic is open Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm. Located in the Burnside Neighbourhood north of Downtown Victoria, easily accessible with the Victoria highways running through it. The area is a large industrial and commercial district as well as mixed residential.
Requirements:
• Postgraduate training from Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, or USA
• Eligible for certification by the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC)
• Eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC)
