|Job Details: Our client in Victoria, British Columbia is looking for a full-time or part-time Family Physician to join their Family Practice clinic — a well-established, well-staffed practice in Victoria's accessible and centrally connected Burnside neighbourhood, with a broad clinical offering and a Monday–Friday schedule that supports a strong work-life balance.

Our client operates a well-established network of clinics across British Columbia and is committed to one thing: empowering physicians to practise at the top of their licence, with a dedicated team handling everything else. A Physician Success team is in place that has supported many internationally trained physicians through the immigration and licensing process and will work closely with you to ensure your landing in Victoria is smooth and fully supported. Our client will begin building your patient roster before you arrive. Billing support is in place from Day 1 — you choose the charges, they handle the rest. Your clinical decisions remain yours. The clinic operates Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4pm, with flexible hours worked out collaboratively with the clinic team to suit your schedule. Virtual walk-in and telehealth options are also available, both accessible from home. In-clinic cross-coverage is available for vacation time, with an on-call arrangement to be discussed.

Compensation:
Earnings vary by model and pace, but physicians working full-time with our client typically earn $300,000–$600,000+ CAD per year. Fee-for-service and longitudinal care models are both available — your recruiter will walk you through both and help you find the right fit. The split arrangement is 75/25, with bi-monthly or monthly payment depending on the model chosen.

Clinic Details: The clinic is well-established and busy with an experienced physician group and a clinical offering that includes Primary Care, Mental Wellness Online Therapy, and Dermatology — a compelling combination that draws a broad and varied patient base. The Dermatology offering in particular is a meaningful differentiator, adding clinical depth and a referral pathway that benefits both patients and physicians working in the practice. The clinic serves a diverse local community through Family Practice services. Virtual walk-in and telehealth is also available for interested physicians.

Requirements: 

•  Eligible for licensure with College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC)
•  Postgraduate training from Australia, Canada, Ireland, UK, or USA
