Established & Supportive Family Practice - Position Start Date Jan/Feb 2025
Job Details: Our client in Winnipeg, Manitoba is looking for a full-time Family Physician to join their Family Practice/Walk-in clinic. Position available for a start date of January/February 2025. This position requires supporting family practice and walk in patients. You can see between 30-50 patients a day depending on the pace you want to work. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm or full-time equivalent. Candidates applying for the position are required to be a Canadian Citizen or have Permanent Residency in Canada.
The clinic uses Accuro EMR, and offers billing support. Payment structure is fee-for-service, split arrangement is 75/25, and includes all Manitoba health and private billings. The clinic also provides mentoring support to help optimize billings and ensure that you are paid fairly for the work that you do. The range of potential annual earnings is $350,000-$450,000.
Incentives Available to the Physician:If signing a 3 year contract, incentives can be discussed with the interested Candidate
Clinic Details: The clinic has onsite pharmacy, a room set up to perform procedures, and all the tools needed to practice the kind of medicine you want to practice. It is located in the Transcona area with beautiful parks, trendy local eateries, golf courses and entertainment including a casino nearby. You will be working with 2 other physicians currently at the clinic.
