Job Details: Our client in British Columbia, is looking for a full-time and/or part-time family physicians to join their Virtual Healthcare Platform. This is a great opportunity for any type of physician within Canada e.g Physicians who would like to work in a Virtual clinic, who want to see a few patients from home in the morning before going to their clinic or on weekends, even established physicians who are looking to wind down their own practices but want to keep their licenses active. Our client's virtual network operates in many provinces coast-to-coast.

The Virtual Platform allows you to see patients through Video and Phone appointments, write notes/ prescriptions / referrals / requisitions right from the platform and easily electronically fax it off to the intended destination with a click of a button. Work with a highly collaborative and multi-disciplinary team of 50+ professionals, in a growing virtual platform, with significant patient demand. Extremely flexible scheduling to align with your working preferences, you can elect how much time you wish to spend working on the platform. There is no minimum commitment. CMPA Insurance Coverage required.

The physician will have access to feature rich Oscar Pro EMR, Labs, referrals, eforms are all managed within the Oscar PRO EMR system. Full-service billing available including rejection management, reconcile claims and reports. Payment structure is Fee-for-Service. Split arrangement is 70/30, and 60/40 for private visits (uninsured services not covered by government-funded health plans). The range of potential full-time annual earnings (420-500 appointments per week) is $558,000-$664,000.

This is an Innovative Care Model, you will be working within an integrative, team-based setting that prioritizes proactive and preventive medicine. The role focuses on providing holistic, proactive medical care in a concierge style setting working alongside a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes. The incoming physician should be able to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team, have excellent interpersonal communication skills, and a strong commitment to patient-centered care and health optimization.  Certification in Family Medicine preferred. Physician responsibilities include collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless, coordinated care. The clinic uses Oscar EMR, and offers billing support. Payment structure is contract based with a set day rate, no overhead costs. The range of potential full-time annual earnings is up to $250,000.

The clinic offers a certified Medical Office Administrator Telus CHR and billing support. It is run on a cloud-based EMR and phone system, allowing the physician to work both in person and virtually. Payment structure is fee-for-service, split arrangement is 70/30, negotiable based on potential earnings and commitment agreement. The range of potential full-time annual earnings is $350,000-$450,000, with higher potential depending on physician’s commitment level. 

Clinic Details: The clinic is staffed by a billing manager, clinic lead and a supportive team of MOA’s. Job Details: Our client in Stouffville, Ontario is looking for a full-time Family Physician to join their Family Practice. This is a FHO Position, with the doctor expected to recruit at least 1200-1500 patients. The physician should be able to offer a full array of family medicine-related services preferably women’s health and senior patients with chronic medical conditions. The physician should be able to work in an interdisciplinary team. As this is a capitation model, work is flexible with the option to work at home some days. Hours are flexible, Monday-Friday 3-5 days a week, along with one evening per week 5-8pm as per ministries.  

The government of Canada offers a student loan forgiveness program for eligible communities such as Stouffville. 

The clinic uses Oscar EMR, and offers billing support. Payment structure is via the FHO Model, the physician will immediately join the Family Health Organization. Income Stabilization is offered by the ministry of health. Split arrangement is 75/25, and the range of potential full-time annual earnings is $400,000-$500,000.

Incentives Available to the Physician: Reduced overhead for the first 2 months for qualified candidates- to be discussed. 

Clinic Details: The centre has been recently renovated and is well-equipped. The physician will be joining a supportive team with a Clinic Manager, Front Staff, Marketing Support, and a Registered Nurse who is available to work some hours. There is 1 Family Physician currently working at the clinic. 

This is a sole physician owned clinic and is not attached to a pharmacy. Onsite services include massage therapy, counselling, nutrition, acupuncture, foot care, physiotherapy, aesthetic service, and weight management. The centre hours are Monday-Friday 10am-6pm and Saturday 10am-2pm. 

The center has a good reputation in the town and the founder physician has many years of experience setting up clinics. Located downtown, with lots of foot traffic and visibility. There are opportunities for niche practices such as obesity medicine, aesthetics, and women's health. 

Stouffville is a community located in the larger town of Whitchurch-Stouffville and is one of the many areas in the York region of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) that have experienced explosive day-by-day growth of one hundred percent in recent years.
