Job Details: Our client in Winnipeg, Manitoba is looking for a full-time and/or part-time Family Physician to join their Family Practice/Walk-in clinic. The incoming physician will work alongside a team of family physicians and specialist's providing care to patients, physician staff and the community. With a variety of specialty expertise consulting patients to other experts is done with ease.

Our client runs a network of clinics across most of Canada, with many clinics and locations being added all the time. They are committed to empowering patients with care that results in improved health outcomes, their focus is putting their patients and their family's health first. They will work closely with you to ensure there is a smooth transition of practice. The team has access to the latest technology and training to provide turn-key medical practice, and national partnerships to bring the best of solutions from all corners of the country to the clinic, including the latest inpatient communication, self check in AI tools, and Cyber security. Virtual walk-in platform and telehealth options are available, both accessible from home. The clinic is open Monday-Friday, hours are flexible with the physician working alongside the clinic team on a suitable schedule. There is a Float pool for backup with medical staff coverage available (illness, vacation, etc.)   

The clinic uses Accuro EMR, and offers billing support. Payment structure is fee-for-service, split arrangement is 70/30 negotiable to reflect the value and expertise of the physician. The range of potential full-time annual earnings is $400,000-$800,000.

Clinic Details: The clinic is in a state-of-the-art medical facility offering a variety of healthcare services. There is turn-key exam room set-up, 2 well-equipped exam rooms. In-house facilities include access to clinic treatment room – used for endoscopy and minor procedures, and on-site EKG & Stress Tests. There is a trained medical office support team, with dedicated/personal office assistant on-site billing expertise, computerized billing, scheduling and electronic medical record system. There are supplies available on-site required for outpatient care. With a team of specialists in most disciplines within house this allows for a speedy referral for patients. There is a team of 35 family physicians/specialist's currently working at the clinic. 

Other medical services offered within the facility include a laboratory, X-ray CDI lab, Optometry, Orthopedic & medical supply source and pharmacy all on site. The facility services both the city of Winnipeg and the province of Manitoba. Close to Manitoba's largest tertiary hospital.

The clinic is open 7 days a week, physician can choose which days they would like to work within clinic hours. Full days preferred. Currently there is no on-call schedule required. Our client is always looking for great doctors who are available to join their team. 

The clinic uses Telus EMR, and offers billing support. Payment structure is fee-for-service, split arrangement is 85/15, and the range of potential full-time annual earnings is $400,000-$500,000.  

Clinic Details: The clinic has 5 patient rooms, 1 small procedure room, a doctor's office, as well as a lunchroom with a kitchen and tv. There is an administrative team to support the doctor with booking appointments and billing, and a team of Physician Assistants to assist the doctor. The clinic combines Primary Care with home care and Allied Health, centered around the GP and patient care coordinators to provide comprehensive care to patients to keep them healthier longer, and to help physicians have the greatest possible impacts on their patients. Allied healthcare providers include Dietician, Physiotherapist, Psychotherapist, Occupational Therapy and Mobile Nursing. There is a part-time Pediatrician and 3 part-time Family Physicians currently working at the clinic. 

The clinic hours are Monday –Friday 10am-8pm, Saturday and Sunday 10-6pm. Conveniently located beside a busy pharmacy.

Payment Structure is fee-for-service or there are two types of patient payment models, patients new to the practice and Longitudinal Family Physician (LFP Payment Patients). Job Details: Our client in Bolton, Ontario is looking for a full-time Psychiatrist to join their Family Practice/Walk-in clinic. The incoming psychiatrist will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team alongside family physicians, and other specialists. The clinic also runs a therapy centre from the premises to provide therapy services for individuals with special needs. This team includes Registered Behavior Analysts, ABA Therapists, Occupational Therapist, Speech Language Pathologists and Communicative Disorders Assistants.  The Psychiatrist will work with a variety of patient demographics from various ethnic backgrounds in areas with a shortage of Psychiatrists. They will see referrals from clinic doctors along with 30+ other family doctors from the area. Total number of patients seen will be based on physician's capacity, and the volume of patients they can see per day. There will usually be more referrals available than the physician can see. The Psychiatrist will work a minimum of 4 days a week, with the availability to work 1 in 3 Saturdays. Psychiatrist’s interest and expertise in Autism, ADHS diagnosis and treatment is an asset. 

The team can assist by connecting new team members with a relocation assistant to find proper accommodation and any relevant guidance as needed. 

The clinic uses PS Suite EMR, and offers billing support. Payment structure is fee-for-service, split arrangement is 75/25. This includes all administrative, nursing, and billing support. Physician would pay for EMR and Transcription fee. The range of potential full-time annual earnings is $300,000-$400,000.  

Clinic Details: The clinic is available 24/7 to provide family practice and walk-in services. This is a team of friendly physicians and staff with administrative support with advertising, referral management, booking appointments, sending out referrals and billings. There are Registered Practical Nurses onsite to assist physicians for any vitals, triaging, injections, etc as needed. There are 6 Family Physicians, 1 Pediatrician and 1 Naturopathic Doctor currently working at the clinic.
