Multidisciplinary Clinic with High Earning Potential (with pics!)

Job Details: Our client is one of the largest and fastest growing multidisciplinary family healthcare providers in Regina, Saskatchewan, currently operating three newly renovated clinics within key areas of the city. This group has been dedicated to providing quality healthcare to patients for the past 8 years, and is actively looking to recruit and retain full time family physicians who are dynamic, motivated and similarly dedicated to delivering to the highest standards. Our client is looking for Physicians that are team players that are able to interact effectively with patients, colleagues, staff and management. The ability to function well in a high volume environment with a commitment to provision of high quality patient and family centered care is essential. All clinics are within close proximity to a variety of stores and amenities, have pharmacies nearby or on site and are also located near to laboratory and x-ray service providers. Walk-in patients are welcome at the clinics, and services provided include routine obstetrical, pediatric care, geriatric care and chronic disease management.

Our client operates multidisciplinary clinics and is looking for Physicians that believe in this model of integrated care, and are willing to work in a team with the allied professionals. Attending to regular patients of all ages and genders from Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm will be required. Weekends are mandatory and will be shared among the available Physicians working across the three clinics. Your presence will be advertised in various places, including on their website, inside the clinics, on off-road signs, and on their call answering/waiting system. The client works with many of the sports teams in and around Regina such as Regina Thunder Football, Regina Riot, Red Sox Baseball and Notre Dame Hockey, and  also offer medical support for Thomas Circle of Care for children in need. Earning potential is variable and is dependent on the Physician; however it’s very possible to access $500,000 including a medical benefits package.

Clinic Details: Multidisciplinary healthcare provider that currently employs 8 other physicians. Allied practitioners include: Adult Psychologist, Child and Adult Psychologist, Clinical Exercise Physiologist, Chiropractor, Nutrition and Exercise consultants, Custom Orthotics scanning and prescribing and Acupuncture. Special clinics: Asthma/COPD, Men's Health, Surgical procedures, Diabetes Education, Hypertension and Dementia. The client will provide support and assistance for recommendations to banks, realtors, accountants and financial planners. Patient volumes for the client’s clinics are regularly high, Physicians looking to join will very likely see an immediate demand for appointments and bookings. One of the clinics captures a large population of the city, including newly built nearby residential developments. Clinic locations are also in close proximity to multiple apartment blocks with a large geriatric population. Patients within this age group often prefer Physicians/care providers who are located closer to their residence.
