INDEPENDENT LICENSED ONLY / Job ID: 2486   Pediatrician required for Well-Supported & Established Family Practice  Job Details: Our client in Edmonton, Alberta is looking for a full-time Pediatrician to join their Family Practice/Walk-in clinic. The incoming physician will provide comprehensive medical care to pediatric patients from birth to 18 years. They will be responsible for conducting physical examinations, developmental screening, monitoring child growth and development. Maintain accurate and updated patient records in EMR systems, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and professional standards. Educate and counsel parents on children’s health, development including nutrition, and referring patients to specialists, when necessary. The physician should have a warm friendly and compassionate approach towards children and families, with strong communication skills and a commitment to culturally sensitive care and inclusivity. Multilingual speaking physician is preferred. Hours are negotiable, preferably working 5 days per week.   The clinic uses Telus Med Access EMR and offers billing support. Payment structure is fee-for-service, split arrangement is 70/30, negotiable and the range of potential full-time annual earnings is $300,000-$400,000.   Clinic Details: This multi-disciplinary facility has 10 exam rooms & 2 procedure rooms. This is a collaborative environment that allows physicians to focus on diagnosis and treatment while ensuring comprehensive care. The physician will be supported by an administrative team including MOA’s, an assistant manager, and a clinic manager, who handle appointment scheduling, patient communications, insurance coordination, and overall clinic operations. A dedicated marketing team is on hand to promote the clinic’s services and supporting patient outreach. There is a nurse who can assist with patient intake, vital signs, and patient education. Currently there is 1 part-time internal medicine, 1 part-time general surgeon, 1 part-time cardiologist and 2 full-time family physicians working at the clinic.  The clinic is easily accessible by both vehicle and public transit. Close to the university of Alberta and within 10 minutes from downtown Edmonton. Services include physiotherapy, massage, and acupuncture. Clinic hours are Monday-Friday 9am-6pm and Saturday 10am-4pm.   Requirements:  •  Eligible for licensure with College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA)  •  Specialist training from Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Ireland, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, Switzerland, UK, or USA     
INDEPENDENT LICENSED ONLY / Job ID: 2514   Excellent Split, Family Physician required for New Clinic - Opening Mid November 2025 Job Details: Our client in Edmonton, Alberta is looking for a full-time Family Physician to join their Family Practice/Walk-in clinic. The incoming physician will provide full scope of family practice. Opening mid November 2025. Guaranteed 40-60 patients per day once set up. Virtual and In-clinic appointments will allow doctors to have more flexibility, with doctors in the clinic working together when it comes to vacation coverage. Ideally the shifts will be 7-hour shifts during the week and 5-hour shifts on weekends, schedule will be discussed and agreed with the incoming physician.  The clinic uses CHR EMR, and offers billing support. Payment structure is fee-for-service, split arrangement is 80/20, and the range of potential full-time annual earnings is $450,000-$550,000.   Clinic Details: This is a new clinic with 8 exam rooms and 2 offices. There is already an office manager hired, and they are in the process of hiring a nurse and MOA. The clinic is looking to become a multidisciplinary clinic with a Psychiatrist and Internal Medicine in the future, that will include a procedure room. Our client is looking for a max of 4 doctors, currently there are no doctors in the clinic, one is scheduled to start very soon.  Family Practice hours are weekdays 9am-6pm, and 10am-4pm weekends. The catchment area has a mix of patient demographics, with a mix of young families and seniors, both with low and high income. With a population of 50,000 within a 5km radius.  Requirements:  •  Eligible for licensure with College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA)  •  Postgraduate training from Australia, Canada, Ireland, UK, or USA

Job Details: Our client is in Calgary, Alberta and is looking for a full-time Family Physician with long term plans to practice in Alberta to join their Family Practice/Walk-in clinic. The incoming physician will have the support and mentorship from the owner/clinic physician who has been practicing in Alberta for 19 years. The physicians schedule will be Monday-Friday during clinic hours, weekends are optional.  The clinic uses Accuro EMR, offers billing support and experience to help maximize billing from AB health and other sources like WBC, 3rd parties and cash paying patients and help you establish a 500 panel of patients or more to join the new payment model PCPCM. It can take an average of 6 months to build a patient panel, to be discussed further with during the interview. Payment structure is fee-for-service, split arrangement is 70/30, and the range of potential full-time annual gross earnings is $350,000-$500,000 or more depending on the number of days and hours worked per year.   Incentives Available to the Physician: LMIA can be arranged for the right physician. Document needed for a work permit. Clinic Details:  This is an efficient and smooth running clinic, owned and managed by a long-term physician with a wealth of knowledge, and experience. He understands the Alberta Healthcare System and he is happy to share and fully assist or mentor the new incoming physician, so that they can be up and running and start seeing a steady flow of patients. The clinic offers free parking and is open Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm and Fridays 9am-3pm.
