Experience with EMR System is required. Hours of work are weekdays 8:30am-5:30pm and weekend shifts (hours to be agreed) as per negotiation.  This role is aimed at physician’s who like a work-life balance and hope to stay long term. Fresh graduates are welcome and mentoring for Alberta system shall be provided. Role not suitable for candidates looking for walk-in patients only or maximizing billings as their sole reason for relocation. The clinic uses HealthQuest EMR, and offers billing support. Payment structure is fee-for-service, split arrangement is 70/30 negotiable, depending on candidates and their commitment to shifts/time spans. South Asian Language Preferred- Available Sept 2026 Job Details: Our client in Calgary, Alberta is looking for a full-time Family Physician to join their Family Practice. Position available from September 2026. The incoming physician should have good communication skills as they will be working in collaboration with a team of physicians, pharmacists and other support staff. The physician will see preferably 60-70 patients a day. Experience in minor procedures, Intra-articular injections and IUD insertions would be preferred but not mandatory. Punjabi/Hindi/Urdu speaking physician is preferred due to patient population. An LMIA is available for candidates requiring a work permit. Hours of work are Monday-Friday, with at least 1 or 2 Saturdays per month. Closed on Sundays and holidays. The clinic uses Accuro EMR, a complete EMR one time training will be arranged and paid for by the clinic. The clinic offers billing support and payment structure is fee-for-service, split arrangement is 75/25 for the first 2 years, and 80/20 from 3 years onwards.
