I just completed the professional move from the USA to Canada. Phil Martin and his team guided me through this complicated and often stressful process with patience, knowledge, expertise, and compassion. I heard of Physicians For You through a public television interview Phil did years ago. I am so glad I saw that segment, as when the time came for my family and I to immigrate, I would not consider any other organization to help us. The Physicians For You experience has been great, and I highly recommend the organization and their service to any and every foreign physician wishing to migrate to Canada.

From the very first conversation I had with Phil over a year ago, I could tell he was genuinely committed to helping people. At the time, I was not quite ready to begin the process of relocating from the UK to Canada, but that never stopped him from staying in touch and keeping me encouraged. He was patient, professional and incredibly supportive throughout the entire journey. What makes Phil stand out is not just his dedication and diligence as a recruiter but the way he builds real and meaningful connections. He has been so much more than just a recruiter to me. He became a friend. During a difficult time in my personal life, he was kind, present and supportive in a way that truly meant a lot. Through the job search, Phil guided me with honesty and clarity. He answered all my questions and made what could have been an overwhelming process feel smooth and manageable. His support did not stop once I secured the job. He was there every step of the way. It has truly been a pleasure getting to know Phil. I have already recommended him to a number of colleagues and I will continue to do so without hesitation. I found Mike at Physicians for you when I had given up on my plans for work in Canada. I had ( still have ) little or no experience about the process, and the technical challenges that came up. Yet every step, seemed possible just by going through it with him. The support is nothing short of incredible and in our busy lives and professional roles, this level of support is rare. It did not matter what time the calls went out or how long the interval between messages, we had consistent empathetic response. The confidence we have in making this transition is really a direct result of our relationship with this team and we can only hope that everyone else we encounter shares these values. Thank Michael Marnica and your team for everything you have done and are doing. You are worth your collective weight in gold! Hereâs my happy farewell photo from my colleagues.

Mike was an invaluable resource in navigating the process of relocating from the US to Canada. He was always readily available, diligent, responsive, and able to answer any questions regarding the process. Within days he was able to set up interviews with different practices, and was prompt to follow up. I cannot recommend his services enough to anyone who is also considering a move.

Phil and his team are extremely professional and they walked me through the steps of relocating to Canada as a family physician with patience and expertise. Philâs support and advice proved invaluable throughout the process. I highly recommend the Physicians for you team to physicians looking to make the move to Canada. You will find that no matter what your questions are regarding the move, theyâve already got answers for you! With their support, the process of relocating to Canada (which I thought would be daunting) turned out to be a truly pleasant experience for me.

I interacted with Phil over the past couple of years when I was considering moving to Canada to work as a family physician having received a recommendation for his company from a friend. I was impressed by the level of knowledge Phil demonstrated with a clear roadmap to get me to where I wanted to be. It was my preference to complete the move at a time that suited me personally and I appreciate that I never felt pressured to make the move any faster than suited me. I really got a sense that a personal interest was being taken in what my needs were and I wasn't just one of many interchangeable clients. I will definitely direct physician friends considering relocation towards Physicians For You.

I have been interested in a move to Canada to practice medicine for several years and I was recommended contacting Phil at Physicians for You by a colleague in the UK to help facilitate this. Phil and his team were absolutely brilliant from initial contact and at every subsequent step of the way thereafter. It is quite a pathway and easy to get lost on the journey however Phil was always a quick message or email away with accurate knowledge and guidance. This included clarifying provincial level admin and coordinating the initial site visit with the Nova Scotia health board personnel. Post visit and clarification of assistance with the immigration process was exception with up to date knowledge, enthusiasm and encouragement ever step of the way. I would wholeheartedly recommend any clinician considering a move to Canada to use Physicians for you.

Phil Martin was very professional and went over and beyond to guide me on the steps. He was checking on the progress of each step of the way. He was accessible even at odd hours. I cannot recommend them enough. I know a few doctors who they have also helped with jobs in Canada and they all say the same thing.
