The incoming physician’s key responsibilities include delivering comprehensive primary care and walk-in medical services, assessing, diagnosing, treating, and managing a broad range of patient needs and building and growing rostered family medicine panels over time. The physician will also support continuity of care, preventative care, and chronic disease management, as well as maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliant billing practices. Collaboration with the pharmacy team and clinic support staff and contributing to a welcoming, accessible, community-focused care environment is also a part of the physician’s key responsibilities. Hours of work are 10am-6pm throughout the week, with potential for evening shifts. The clinic uses Oscar EMR and offers billing support. Payment structure is blended, and the clinic offers two options regarding the split.  Option 1: offers the Independent Practice Model, wherein the physician will be able to operate an independent practice with the use of clinic resources under a modest rental arrangement, with a bonus of the first 3 months rent-free.
