Job Details: Our client in Richmond, British Columbia requires a full-time Family Physician to join their team. The ideal candidate would be able to provide full-scope family practice either full-time or part-time. The clinic is open Monday to Friday 9am – 4pm. You can expect flexible hours and would be masters of your own schedule. You will have the opportunity to work the way you want!

Our client puts patients and their family’s health first. They are committed to empowering patients with care that results in improved health outcomes. It is a multi-disciplinary and multi-physician clinic with a very collegiate atmosphere and a physician focused Medical Office Assistant (MOA) support team. The clinic also provides virtual and telehealth options which can be accessed at home. The team will work closely with you to ensure a smooth transition of the practice. 

The clinic uses OSCAR EMR, and offers billing support. Payment structure is fee-for-service, split is 70/30, and the range of potential annual earnings is $300,000-$400,000.

Clinic Details: The clinic is located in a plaza within a business sector that offers an array of restaurants, grocery stores, big box stores, and other businesses. The clinic has 6 exam rooms, and a shared office. Other services include Sleep Works Medical. There are currently 6 physicians working part-time and full-time, as well as an office manager and MOA’s who can all help with the transition process.

The area is near both new and established neighbourhoods with plenty of public parks make it an ideal location to raise a young family. A thriving community with a good public transit system, easy access to the airport and nearby cities via Highway 91 or 99. Home of Canada’s largest commercial fishing harbour and one of the largest producers of cranberries in Canada. Discover fisherman’s wharf in Stevenson Village and you will pass by many local farms with fresh local produce available.

Requirements:
·    Postgraduate training from Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia or USA
·    Eligible for certification by the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC)
·    Eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC)
