Well-Established Multi-Disciplinary Clinic – 45 Minutes from Vancouver (with pics!)
Job Details: Our client in Burnaby, British Columbia is looking for a full-time and/or part-time Family Physician to join their multi-disciplinary team. The incoming physician will provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population. Collaborative with a multi-disciplinary team, including specialists in aesthetics, imaging, and urgent care. Participate in the growth and development of the center by offering input on service line expansion and patient care strategies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with provincial and federal regulations. Contribute to a patient-centred culture emphasizing holistic and integrated care approaches. Hours of work are 8am-4pm with some evening and weekend coverage. Locum opportunities available (minimum commitment 6-12 months, start ASAP with split renumeration, to be negotiated).
The clinic uses Oscar EMR, and offers billing support. Payment structure is fee-for-service, negotiable split arrangement that includes MOA administrative support, billing, and general business support, to be discussed with interested candidates. The range of potential full-time annual earnings is $250,000-$350,000.
Clinic Details: This is a 18,000 square foot facility that includes gym, conference room, exam rooms and procedure room. This multi-disciplinary clinic has sports medicine allied health, with physiotherapy, acupuncture, aesthetics as well as other medical services. There is an office manager, MOA and 3 part-time family physicians currently working at the clinic.
The clinic has a working relationship with the SFU medical school, opening in 2026 and will have the opportunities to further partner. The clinic provides multidisciplinary services to individuals and families living in Burnaby Mountain and surrounding communities.
Requirements:
• Postgraduate training from Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, or USA
• Eligible for certification by the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC)
• Eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC)
