No Split for 3 Months, Excellent Earnings and LMIA in Process - Available Summer 2025
Job Details: Our client in Woodbridge, Ontario is looking for a full-time, part-time, and/or locum Family Physician to join their Family Practice/Walk-in clinic. Position available Summer 2025. Client is applying for an LMIA (document needed for work permit). There is a waitlist of patients looking for a family doctor. The clinic is open Monday to Friday 10am-6pm, and the schedule is flexible to adjust if required.
The clinic uses Advantage EMR, and offers billing support. Payment structure is fee-for-service, no split for the first 3 months, 90/10 for months 3 to 6, and 80/20 from months 6 onwards. The range of potential annual earnings is $400,000-$500,000.
Incentives Available to Physician: Marketing for patients done by clinic, patient waitlist, no overhead for first 3 months. Client applying for LMIA (document needed for work permit).
Clinic Details: This is a newly built, state of the art facility with a modern layout, large examining rooms, on site pharmacy, physiotherapy and rehab center, as well as cosmetics and other specialists. The clinic has an established walk in clinic with flow of patients. The facility hosts a group of doctors providing family medicine, walk-in clinic services, gynecology, gastroenterology, cosmetics, physiotherapy and massage. There are currently 2 family physicians, one gynecologist and one gastroenterologist working at the clinic. Located close to all amenities in the heart of Woodbridge with easy access to major highway.
Requirements:
• Postgraduate training from Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia or USA
• Eligible for certification by the College of Family Physicians Canada (CFPC)
• Eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
