Pediatrician required at Family Practice, Flexible Scheduling - 20 Minutes from Vancouver
Job Details: Our client in Richmond, British Columbia is looking for a full-time and/or part-time Pediatrician to join their Family Practice. Our client runs a network of clinics across most of Canada, with many clinics and locations being added all the time. They are committed to empowering patients with care that results in improved health outcomes, their focus is putting their patients and their family's health first. They will work closely with you to ensure there is a smooth transition of practice.
The incoming physician will focus on providing full scope of Pediatric Care and Newborn Care including diagnosing and treating health problems, preventative care, manage chronic illnesses, vision exams, hearing tests, care for respiratory, ear infections, Asthma and Allergy treatment. Evaluating and assessing development milestones, providing education and advice. The clinic also provides virtual and telehealth options which can be accessed at home. In-clinic cross coverage is available for short vacation time. The clinic is open 5 days a week, hours of work are flexible with the Physician working alongside the clinic team on a suitable schedule.
The clinic uses OSCAR-15 EMR, and offers specialized billing support. Payment structure is fee-for-service. The split arrangement is 70/30, range of potential full-time annual earnings is $300,000+.

Clinic Details: The clinic offers shared office space, and 6 exam rooms. Physician on shift will have access to 2 exam rooms. Clinic services include Family Practice, Primary care and Mental Wellness Online Therapy. The clinic is open Monday-Friday 9am-3pm. There is an office manager, MOA's and 5 part-time/ full-time physicians working at the clinic, available to assist with the transition process.
The clinic is situated in the stunning Steveston Village, close to grocery stores, pharmacies and Richmond Hospital. Fisherman’s wharf nearby boasts a variety of shops, cafes, restaurants, craft stores, and other businesses. Steveston Village is a popular tourist destination year-round, especially during the summer months. The fisherman’s wharf is one of the best locations to buy your fresh seafood all year round!
Requirements:
• Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC) Certification
• College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia Full Licence
