Job Details: Our client in Hamilton, Ontario is looking for a full-time Dermatologist to join their Family Practice. The ideal candidate will be certified in Dermatology with a strong passion for the Cosmetic Dermatology field, demonstrate strong administrative skills, leadership ability and communication and interpersonal skills. They will conduct patient assessment, treatment planning, implementation, and evaluation of treatments for effective outcomes. Provide consult notes to referring family physicians for new patients. Perform follow-up care for existing patients and/or refer to an internal general practitioner for continuation of care. Assist with coaching nursing team to be able to provide effective patient care. Provide professional patient care and provide a friendly and inviting environment for patients at all times. Participate in training and education opportunities provided by the company. Adhere to company policies and protocols and utilize exceptional communication skills to build relationships with both patients and employees.
This is a successful and well-known Primary Care Clinic that is committed to helping patients live their best life. Hours are flexible Monday- Friday, with office, virtual and house call patient appointments, allowing you to be flexible and choose how you provide patient care.
The clinic uses PS Suite EMR, and offers billing support. The clinic has transitioned out of the FHO and FHT model and adopted a Family Health Group (FHG) model which, delivers a payment model that offers maximum incentive and flexibility for you and the clinic. The range of potential full-time annual earnings is $300,000-$400,000.

Clinic Details: The clinic has a large administrative team who handle billing and patient appointment scheduling. There is a highly skilled and caring team of 5 Family Physicians, NPs, PAs, RNs and RPN along with managers and support staff to make life more fluid and medicine-focused for you.
The clinic serves all ages and demographics in the surrounding Hamilton region. Hours of operation Monday- Wednesday 8am-8pm, Thursday 8am-6pm and Friday 8am-4pm. On-site parking available.
Requirements:
• Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC) Certification
• College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) Full Licence
