Job Details: Our client in Scarborough, Ontario is looking for a motivated full-time Family Physician to join their large collegial physician group and FHO rostered model practice, available mid 2025. Join the group through Income Stabilization which provides a steady income of $200,000 plus during your first year while you grow your practice in a low stress and well supported environment. With several doctors planning retirement in the near future, there is a strong potential to take over an established roster, creating an excellent opportunity for quick growth and start earning $400,000 or more very quickly. Work as part of a kind and collaborative physician group in a brand new space in a full service medical building with imaging, laboratory, pharmacy, physiotherapy, and specialist physicians.

The clinic uses OSCAR Pro EMR and is very advanced in technology ensuring a seamless experience for both physicians and patients, with tools like online booking, secure messaging, and AI-driven task management. The clinic offers a comprehensive orientation and billing support. Payment structure is a cost sharing split arrangement of 74/26 and the range of potential annual earnings of approximately $400,000+ possible within a year or two, depending on patient roster size.

Clinic Details: This well-established multi-disciplinary is physician owned and operated, providing the opportunity for a completely turnkey practice working alongside other friendly physicians and a team of dedicated longstanding staff. You will be a part of a team of over 20 FHO physicians serving the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) as well as the surrounding community with primary, specialty medical services and walk-in clinic services. The clinic has previously supervised IMGs and this opportunity is available.

Requirements: 
•    Postgraduate training from Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia or USA
•    Eligible for certification by the College of Family Physicians Canada (CFPC)
•    Eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
