Signing Bonus, Excellent Physician Incentives at Toronto Clinic/Walk-In
Job Details: Our client in Toronto, Ontario is looking for a full-time family physician to join their multi-disciplinary and multi-physician walk in clinic. Our client runs a network of clinics across most of Canada, with many clinics and locations being added all the time. They are committed to empowering patients with care that results in improved health outcomes, their focus is putting their patients and their family's health first. They will collaborate closely with you to ensure there is a smooth transition of practice.
The incoming physician will provide full scope of family practice. The clinic also provides virtual and telehealth options which can be accessed at home. In-clinic cross coverage is available for short vacation time. The clinic is open Monday-Friday, hours of work are flexible with the physician working alongside the clinic team to come up with a suitable schedule. No on call required.
The clinic uses Accuro EMR and offers specialized billing support. Payment structure is fee-for-service. Split arrangement is 70/30 negotiable to reflect the value and expertise of the physician. The range of potential full-time annual earnings is $300,000-$600,000.
Incentives Available to the Physician: Our Client offers a signing bonus, a 2 year commitment is required.

Clinic Details: This is a newly reopened walk-in clinic that has quickly become a trusted healthcare resource in the community since it reopened two years ago. Known for its friendly, welcoming atmosphere, this clinic provides convenient, accessible walk-in services. The clinic is open Monday 11am-4pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 9am-2pm. Closed at weekends. There is currently a MOA and 1 Walk-in Physician working at the clinic.
The clinic is wheelchair accessible, easily accessible on foot, by public transportation and offers free on-site parking. There is a Pharmacy, X-ray/Ultrasound, Lab Services, retails space/services and restaurants nearby. The GO Station and highway are both close by providing accessibility to public transit.
Requirements:
• Postgraduate training from Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, or USA
• Eligible for certification by the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC)
• Eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
