Modern FHO Clinic, Excellent Earning Potential and Incentives
Job Details: Our client in Brampton, Ontario is looking for a full-time and/or part-time Family Physician to join their Family Practice/Walk-in clinic. Our client runs a network of clinics across most of Canada, with many clinics and locations being added all the time. They are committed to empowering patients with care that results in improved health outcomes, their focus is putting their patients and their family's health first. They will work closely with you to ensure there is a smooth transition of practice.
The incoming physician will provide full scope of family practice and work as part of a Family Health Organization. The clinic also provides virtual and telehealth options which can be accessed at home. In-clinic cross coverage is available for short vacation time. The clinic is open 6 days a week, hours of work are flexible with the physician working alongside the clinic team to come up with a suitable schedule.
The clinic has EMR system in place and offers specialized billing support. Payment structure is via FHO model, split arrangement is 70/30 negotiable to reflect the value and expertise of the physician. The range of potential full-time annual earnings is $300,000-$600,000+.

Clinic Details: This is an ultra-modern facility, newly built in 2019, with modern equipment in each room. The clinic offers Primary Care, Family Practice, Walk-In, Women's Health, Men's Health, Pediatric Primary Care and Mental Wellness Online Therapy. There is a supportive administrative team and 9 Physicians currently working at the clinic, available to assist with the transition process.
Clinic hours are Monday-Thursday 9am-8pm, Friday 9am-6pm and Saturday 9am-2pm. The facility includes an onsite pharmacy and lab. Located in a busy plaza offering free parking, in an expanding residential area.
Requirements:
• Postgraduate training from Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, or USA
• Eligible for certification by the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC)
• Eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
