$500K Potential, No Overheads for First 2 Months, 30 Mins from Calgary - LMIA Ready

Job Details: Our client in Airdrie, Alberta is looking for 2 full-time Family Physicians to join their Family Practice. The physicians will cover the full scope of the primary care clinic and will be responsible for consulting and follow-up of their registered patient, including but not limited to the workflow (referrals, documents, and lab work) generated, with the opportunity to engage in minor procedures. LMIA ready (document needed for work permit).

This is an easy going and efficient practice with a patient-centred perspective with an outlook on quality improvements. There will be periodic meetings in the clinic to ensure quality improvement initiatives and to ensure optimization of the health of our registered patients. The physician is expected to work collaboratively with the PCN & allied health professionals to align with the concept of the Medical Home with the trajectory to improving patient care reaching a mutual agreement for cross cover during leave or absences. Hours of work are weekdays and maybe the alternate Saturday in the future. There is some flexibility with hours. 

The clinic uses Ava EMR, and offers billing support. Payment structure is fee-for-service, split arrangement is 80/20. As your patient list builds up, the range of potential full-time annual earnings will be around $500,000. 

Incentives Available to the Physician: No overheads for first 2 months. LMIA Ready.

Clinic Details: The normal clinic hours are 8:30am-4:30pm Monday- Friday, however this can be tailored to your preference as the clinic is open 9am-6:30pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and 9am-4:30pm on Wednesdays. The clinic is used for training with a rotation of residents working there along with 1 full-time family physician.  

The City of Airdrie is 15 minutes from Calgary Airport. It is a fast growing city, with now close to 85,000 people. It enjoys the serenity of some ruralness with a vast span of greenery. 

Requirements: 
• College of Family Physicians Canada (CFPC) Certified
• College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA) Full Licence
